1. Engagement Framework

By utilizing the Chromora Solutions resource optimization platform, you’re entering into a legally binding agreement. We don't take this lightly. Our services are designed for enterprise-level data analysis and process efficiency auditing. Have you reviewed your internal data governance policies before onboarding?

2. Intellectual Property & Licenses

Everything we deploy—from custom algorithms to the UI of our dashboard—remains the exclusive property of Chromora Solutions. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these tools for the duration of your contract. Please don't try to reverse-engineer our logic. It took our engineers 14 years to perfect these models.

3. Limitation of Liability

While our process engineering consulting significantly reduces overhead, absolute outcomes depend on internal implementation. We aren't liable for indirect losses or data mismanagement at the client side. We provide the tools; you drive the change. It's a partnership, isn't it?

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be settled in the jurisdiction of Glasgow courts. We prefer coffee and a conversation over litigation, but the legal framework is there for everyone's protection.
